1. Services Provided
On Top Socials (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers video content creation services for businesses. We travel to the customer’s desired location to shoot behind-the-scenes video footage and deliver short-form video content for social media platforms.
2. Packages and Video Selection
We provide various packages, each specifying the number of videos customers can select from the footage captured during the session. The package details, including the number of videos included, are outlined on our website or provided at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Customers are required to select a time and date for their video shoot from available options on our online booking calendar before purchasing a package.
Once a booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of the scheduled session.
Any changes to the booking must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session and are subject to availability.
4. Payment
An option of a full payment or a deposit of 20% of the package price is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The deposit locks in your day, and shortly after your day we will send through an invoice for the remainder of the payment, which will be prior to you receiving your edited content.
Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy below.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the session are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.
6. Package Alterations
If a content session exceeds the pre-purchased time, additional hours will be charged at $75 per hour. Any extra videos beyond the agreed package will be billed at $50 per video. These charges will be added to the final invoice.
7. Travel Fees

Local Travel (within a 40km of Wollongong NSW):
Travel within a 40km radius of Wollongong is included in our standard packages at no additional charge. -
Extended Travel:
Travel outside of the 40km radius of Wollongong will be charged out at $0.50/km for every additional km, starting at a flat fee of $20. Example, if you're based 65km away you'll pay $20 + ($0.50 x 25km) = $32.50. -
Interstate Travel:
For projects requiring travel outside of New South Wales, additional fees will apply to cover expenses such as airfare, accommodation, and transportation. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to confirmation.
8. Content Ownership and Usage
Upon full payment, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the selected videos for their business’s social media platforms and marketing purposes.
On Top Socials retains ownership of all raw footage and reserves the right to use it for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide access to the shooting location and ensure that all necessary permissions are in place for filming.
The customer agrees to cooperate with the On Top Socials team during the session to ensure the best possible results.
10. Liability
On Top Socials is not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or location access issues.
11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
On Top Socials reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes that may affect their booking or services.
