    Select the website design option that suits your needs, then checkout by paying only 20% upfront. We'll be in touch shortly after your purchase to organise a pre-start consultation date.

  • 2. Complete onboarding questionnaire

    After booking, you’ll receive our onboarding questionnaire via email. Fill it out to greatly assist in the design and build of your site.

  • 3. Pre-start consultation

    On the organised time and day, we’ll call you to dive deeper into your vision. Using your questionnaire responses we’ll refine the plan, discuss features, and ensure we’re set to create a website you’ll love.

  • 4. Design concept presentation

    Within 5 business days we’ll share an initial design mockup based on our pre-start consultation. Review it, provide feedback, and we’ll adjust to match your expectations.

  • 5. Development and build

    Time to create your website! We'll turn the mockup design into a fully functional site with all applicable features and integrations applied.

  • 6. Launch and handover

    Let's go live! We’ll manage the launch and then show you how to navigate your new website on the backend. We also offer 30 days of post-launch support to ensure you're comfortable with your new site.

FAQs

What do you need to get started?

You will be sent a questionnaire via email after purchasing a package. This ensures we understand each other from the get go, and drastically helps with designing the right website for you and your brand. We'll follow up the questionnaire with a consult to go through all the nitty gritty to really align our vision and understanding.

Do you provide any advice or training for using the site?

Yes! At the completion of the website, we will run you through a 1-on-1 session to ensure you understand how to navigate the backend of Shopify with ease. One huge advantage of Shopify is just how easy it is to use as a website owner, even if you have zero prior experience with websites, so it's no biggie. This won’t take long at all - around 30 mins usually, but we can extend that if needed.

Do you provide any support after the launch of the website?

Of course! We provide post-launch support for 30 days just in-case there are any minor changes or fixes you didn't realise you needed prior to launch, or are needing some general advice or instruction.

Do I need to sell products to have a Shopify website?

Not at all! Shopify is just the platform your website sits on, and yes you can definitely sell products and services on the platform, but it's not necessary. At any point though, this can be changed quite easily.

Are there any extra fees for the website ongoing?

Yes there are.

For most sites (those on the Basic Shopify plan), Shopify costs $42/month paid annually, and $56/month paid on a monthly basis.

Any paid apps installed on your site will have an associated fee dependant on the app itself, usually paid for on a monthly basis. These apps are not compulsory though and they would only be installed if specifically asked for or agreed upon during site design.

The other ongoing fee is the payment for your domain name (URL), which is typically a small fee of roughly $10-40 per year depending on your selection.

What theme will the website be created on?

That can either be entirely up to you, or we can suggest a couple we believe are best suited to your brand and offering. Shopify has a large variety of themes available that tailor to a wide variety of styles and preferences - some are free, most are paid. Please note the cost of any paid theme will be additional to the price listed above.
